TimeClick is a hassle free program that helps manage employee time records. The tool provides complete control on the employee time data. Employees are able to flexibly time-in and time-out on computers in the network. All the processing and management is provided from the secure admin area, however. Access is completely secure so that the processing is done securely and no unauthorized access is possible. The program is usable with organizations for any number of employees. Several versions are available that cater to different kinds of needs of organization structure. It has built in features that prevent employee dishonesty. TimeClick can run from a server and cater to the needs of all employees or it can be run through the network. The tool is able to automatically correct clock in/out errors, calculate employee accruals for sick time, vacation time, and paid time off, and much more.
The tool installs easily and runs easily. Extensive video tutorials are available that help understand nitty-gritty of the tool. Most users/employees will be able to start operating right away. The interface is quite intuitive and just about anybody should be able to get productive with it in short time. No employee should find it difficult to record their time in and out. Managing the time accurately helps payroll processing to be completed accurately. All the accruals to the employees are processed without errors. Payroll often is an issue of contention in many organizations. By managing these accurately and fairly the organization’s HR department should be able to maintain congenial atmosphere in the organization. Maintaining an optimum productivity becomes easy. This is a good and handy tool.
